Fast shipping and the item is as described. iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived with slight imperfections on the metallic border of the phone, with very minor knicks on the screen. The top back camera came with a small scratch that does not affect the image quality. The phone arrived with 91% battery health. Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
